Historic FCZ Building - 415 E 12th St.

About the Site

The FCZ Building was home to the F.C. Ziegler company for nearly 65 years.  During this time they Ziegler's organically expanded the building as neighboring properties became available.  Today, we are re-purposing this historic space into three office suites.


Suite A - at 5570 sqft - is home to FC Tulsa, Tulsa's premiere soccer club.  They will house 15-25 support personnel in their full remodeled, and spec built space.  They will also have an "Adidas" retail store and ticket office accessed on the NW Corner.  The popularity of FC Tulsa and their retail store make them an ideal neighbor!


Suite B - This 3619 sqft is home to Annie Brady Design - Tulsa's finest event planner.  They will utilize this space for planning, event retail, event storage and staging, and offices.

  

Suite C - At 1877 sqft, is home to Tulsa's newest Yoga Studio - Updog Yoga.  They will offer indoor and outdoor heated Yoga classes thanks to the addition of custom infra-red heat panels.


All three suites share a common bathroom through a connecting common-area corridor.   All suites have access to the common area parking, picnic alley, and dumpster alley.  Each space is individually metered for gas and electric.
