Leadership Tulsa Moves to Gunboat Plaza

Leadership Tulsa took possession of their new Headquarters on April 1st, 2020.  This 7800 sqft, custom renovated office space was the product of an entire years effort to design, propose, adjust, plan, commit, and implement their detailed vision of the perfect space to host their offices and community training programs.


This renovation began in late fall 2019 with a complete "gutting" of the previous office space.  Everything was removed except for the load bearing walls and supports.  With an open floor plan, we could recreate the office layout to Leadership Tulsa's exact specifications, including a 30 and 50 person training room, private offices for all of their personnel, custom restrooms, and a kitchen big enough to allow them to cater events onsite.  


Our most significant improvements included adding 12 new 5'x4' windows to every private office, a new 8'x14' store front entrance, four new commercial glass doors, ADA accessibility and remote door openers, moving the HVAC to the roof with four new 5 Ton units, all new plumbing and water service, and moving the Electric service to the South (rear) of the building and increasing to two 400 amp panels with 3 Phase power.


Other improvements included polished concrete floors, new lighting, full height coordinators with spray foam insulated ceilings, custom mill work in the kitchen and offices, solid surface counter tops, custom carpeting, and ample storage rooms.


All of these interior improvements complemented the new 62 person parking lots, fending, exterior lighting, and irrigation/ landscaping.
