The Center - constructed in 1984/1985 consists of over ~42,000 sqft of retail lease space.  The Anchor Tenants include - Video Revolutions (21,000 sqft), Pella Windows (7500 sqft), and Firehouse Subs (2600 sqft).  


Other tenants include Krueger Chiropractic, Jackson Hewitt, Paris Salon, Legacy Medical Supply,  and E&T Vape Shop.  The Center is currently 90% occupied with only three suites available for lease with space sizes ranging from 1500-4500 sqft depending on their combination.  The parking lot can be accessed off Lewis and 71st St and features over 170+ parking spaces.  Area traffic counts range from 20,000-30,000 cars per day.  


We are committed to re-developing and leasing the vacant space within the "Strip" portion of the Center through exterior improvements and dedicated tenant improvements dollars.  Lease rates range from $12-$16/ sqft NNN depending on tenant, term, and TI.
